TPWD, Wildlife Management Plan Form Although this document is often referred to as a wildlife management plan, it is a 10 page form that should be filled out and filed along with your 5-year narrative wildlife management plan as part of the application process. This form is the same for and required by all counties.
1-d-1 Ag Application The document below is the general ag application used when applying for a wildlife exemption, and is appropriate for most appraisal districts. However, some appraisal districts have county specific versions of this form so it is important to check and make sure this document is accepted by your appraisal district.
Annual Report Form An annual report is required by the majority of Texas appraisal districts for landowners with a wildlife use valuation on their property. This form should be filled out and submitted to the appraiser along with supplemental documentation that proves you executed the wildlife management activities you included in the annual report form. Supplemental documentation can include any type of evidence of wildlife management practices but a few good examples would be: feed receipts, before and after pictures, population survey logs, or pictures and GPS coordinates pertaining to nest box installations.
