Annual Report Form
An annual report is required by the majority of Texas appraisal districts for landowners with a wildlife use valuation on their property.  This form should be filled out and submitted to the appraiser along with supplemental documentation that proves you executed the wildlife management activities you included in the annual report form.  Supplemental documentation can include any type of evidence of wildlife management practices but a few good examples would be: feed receiptsbefore and after pictures, population survey logs, or pictures and GPS coordinates pertaining to nest box installations.
